Maria Carolina is an Organizational Development consultant. She holds a BA in Psychology from Javeriana University, in Cali (Colombia), and a MA in Human Systems Intervention, from Concordia University, in Montreal. More recently she has been building her knowledge and skills in Learning Experience Design, with a focus on digital learning.

 Having worked in consulting for over a decade, her work includes change management and learning programs for organizations in the private and public sectors. She has worked with distributed teams across different countries, including Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, United States, South Africa, and Canada.

 Maria Carolina is passionate about enabling learning and change in individuals, teams, and systems through collaborative and participatory practices. She also uses visual methods for communication and facilitation, such as Graphic Recording.

 Born and raised in Colombia, Canada became her home in 2013. She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and with knowledge in German and Portuguese.
